Beautiful shots! You capture the raw chill of October ocean. Interesting crop – no beach – but really, really close to the surf line, (I can tell anyway) it’s almost a tease. The sky seems all the more dry. Nice touch!

I don’t know if it’s due to the use of b&w or not, but this looks more wintery than all the other ones I’ve seen! I would still love to give it a try, however cold it might be now!

Thank you both. This was taken the last day of September. The ocean looked like steel. It was dark and metallic looking. The seals and I enjoyed it. :-)
