This area of the moors is called the Serengeti by Islanders. Dirck waded in hip high snow to get this shot.
These were taken the same day as the previous entry. The wind was extremely strong, filling my pockets with sand while I was shooting. ~ Sharon
High winds ushered in a blast of cold air. This was taken on stone steps leading to a home on Tom Nevers. The bluff sheltered me from the wind and allowed me to get this shot. ~ Sharon
