Phenomenon Called a Fog Bow

Read about Fog Bows Here

We witnessed this on Saturday evening. Instead of a pot of gold, we found this large metal box that had washed ashore. This is what I misidentified as a chest of drawers in a previous post.

Love it. I didn’t see the evening version. I witnessed the same in the morning in the moors. Will definitely start looking harder for these when we have the sunny fog. Nice capture.

Thank you, Greg. It was really wild wasn’t it! I didn’t see the morning version. :-)

So, so, was there gold inside the box?

I don’t know. I’ll have to go back with a safe cracker to find out. :-)

Oh yes, please do! ;-)
The colours are lovely and the other photo which I had missed being in the PNW had a completely different quality to it! Both are beautiful and it’s still better than plastic bags washed ashore.
