Shame to lose such cool architecture.
Really like the last 2, Sharon. I do envy the view!

The folks across the road will have the view now. That little tree in the fourth is one I photographed during the storms. It’s still clinging to the edge but has lost its top!

Five nice captures (great colors of the last one). Is it the destruction of the house?
Have a nice day.

Thanks, Dom. This house is being moved to another spot on the island. They cut the house into six pieces to move it and will put it back together after the move. It was too large to move whole.

There will be quite a bit more moving of houses done this next year.

Great images, especially the fourth one of the tree. It is well-worth photographing a lot, as you have been doing, before it falls. This series reminds me to ask something I have wondered all along: how far do you live from this cliff that is eroding so fast?

Thanks, David. We live a couple of miles from here. And a mile from Tom Nevers Beach so we are close to the beach either way.
