Sankaty Head

I spent the morning looking for whales off Sconset Bluff. Marissa spotted a whale while working on the bluff. I never saw a whale but saw dozens of seals and sea birds enjoying an ocean feast. ~ Sharon

Beautiful Sconset Bluff – The Day After

There is some noticeable damage to the bluff, more undercutting and what were once straight cliffs in spots are now sloped considerably.  These shots were taken tonight. I have some that show more of the erosion. If you are interested just add a comment.
