I went out this evening during a nor’easter. The winds made shooting difficult. I’m adding a few more views of edge erosion and one of the sign at the end of the bluff walk. Please click on the photograph to see a larger image.
There has been more flooding, high winds and damaging tides along the bluff that have resulted in more of the bluff falling to the beach below. We put together a slide show you can see by clicking on the photo below or following this linK: Click for Slide Show
We have been on the bluff the last couple of nights as another storm has created coastal flooding. There is more evidence of damage as fresh dirt slides are obvious along the bluff. It is becoming increasingly unsafe from the area north of the end of the bluff walk. The top of the bluff is [...]
Coastal flooding today is adding to the erosion from the bluff. I’ll post more later. Here are a couple from today. Click on the picture to see a larger version.
